Who we are

Marta is run by [legal name of the business], [registered address]. We are the controller for the details you give us on this website. Contact us at hello@aimarta.uk about anything in this notice.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect the plan you chose, your name, company, email address, mobile number, main type of work and, if you give it, your postcode area. Our server also records the page you came from and your browser type, to spot spam.

Why we use it

We use these details to contact you, set up your account and provide the service you signed up for. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Sign-ups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, with a primary location in western Europe. If email notifications are switched on, each sign-up is also sent to our inbox through our email provider. Both act as our processors under contract.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months of sign-up. If you do, your details move to your customer account and our customer terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or object to us using them, by emailing hello@aimarta.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Calls answered by Marta

This notice doesn't cover calls answered for building firms using Marta. For those calls the building firm is the controller, and Marta processes call recordings and transcripts on their behalf. Each call starts by telling the caller it is answered by an AI assistant and recorded.
